By accessing or using ORIA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

USE OF THE PLATFORM
ORIA is a clinical evidence readiness platform intended for use by qualified research professionals, biotech sponsors, and independent research teams. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
Access to ORIA requires a paid subscription of 1,400 SAR per month. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew each month automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

NO MEDICAL OR REGULATORY ADVICE
ORIA provides tools to support study design and documentation. Content generated by the Platform, including IRB proposals and informed consent documents, are drafts intended for professional review. ORIA does not provide legal, medical, or regulatory advice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform features, design, and technology are the intellectual property of ORIA. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

DATA AND PRIVACY
Your data is stored securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
ORIA and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, unauthorized access, or interruption of service. ORIA implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. In no event shall ORIA's total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
